On March 5th, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) held a webinar for legal service providers addressing consumer issues. Representatives from CFPB covered their work around consumer education and engagement efforts, including development of resources for consumers. Here is a list of resources covered, that may be worth posting to your LawHelp3 site:

  • AskCFPB – a database of questions and answers to consumers’ common financial questions.
  • Consumer Response Center – submit a complaint about an issue you have with a company about a consumer financial product or service
  • CFPB Blog – information on CFPB projects, news, and items of interest regarding consumer financial protection.
