With LawHelp3 reporting moved to Google Analytics, there are some useful resources worth pointing out for understanding and maximizing use of Google Analytics tools.
The LawHelp3 Support Portal on LH3 is a good place to start. It has a section on Google Analytics Resources which highlights tutorials, the Google Analytics Help Center for getting started and other tools, plug-ins and tips offered by Google. Please note that while the Google Analytics Help Center is a great resource, it contains a lot of content that can be overwhelming, so I highly recommend taking advantage of the “Search Analytics help” bar at the upper right.
To keep up to date on Google Analytics enhancements, changes, etc., I recommend following a few of the several blogs out there on Google Analytics features. Google has its own Google Analytics Blog, along with a blogroll of other noteworthy blogs.
Lastly, I would like to point out “50 Resources for Getting the Most Out of Google Analytics.” This blog post is a nice list of resources that are categorized by “For Beginners,” “Tips & Tricks,” “Plugins, Hacks & Additions,” and “New & Advanced Features.”
